The adrenals are needed to help with energy and stress. When under a great deal of stress humans tend to use up our B complex vitamins which can burn up the adrenal systems. The adrenal glands secret some sex hormones and is important for the maintenance and development of sex drive.

Vitamin C: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) has numerous biological functions. Foremost, it is essential for the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycans which are the building materials of all connective tissues, such as skin, blood vessels, tendons, joint cartilage and bone.

Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 is responsible for the manufacture of hormones, red blood cells, neurotransmitters, enzymes, and prostaglandins. It's required for the production of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to body tissues. It's also required for the production of serotonin, a brain neurotransmitter that controls mood, appetite, sleep patterns and sensitivity to pain.

Pantothenic Acid: This vitamin is believed to have beneficial properties in relieving stress. Vitamin B5 may help people who suffer from depression, anxiety, psychological strain, and stress migraines - possibly by aiding the production of serotonin, an important neurotransmitter in the brain.

Mexican Wild Yam Root: was historically offered as "colic root" and used in herbal remedies for gastrointestinal irritations. In recent years it has become popular for women's health.

Deglycyrrhized Licorice Root: a sweet herb that possesses significant anti-inflammatory properties. Licorice may be helpful for adrenal insufficiencies or exhaustion, allergies, headaches, Addison disease, colds, soothes coughs, bronchitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, liver protectant, female complaints, stomach inflammation and ulcers, colitis, hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, immune weakness and lung problems.

Schizandra Berry: classic Chinese formula prepared from some of Asia's most precious "superior" tonics. In traditional Chinese herbalism, superior tonics were the most highly respected of all classes of botanicals. Superior herbs such as these are designed to enhance and promote general health and well-being, and are especially suited for individuals dealing with overwork, excessive stress and inadequate rest.

Eleutherococcus senticosus Roo : An adaptogenic herb, formerly known as Siberian ginseng, which helps the body adjust to stress. It has invigorating effects and may help boost memory as well as provide immune system support.

Stinging Nettle Leaf: Herbal respiratory support. Natural antihistamine. Dried nettle leaf is traditionally used as a tonifier. When carefully freeze dried, additional properties are preserved, which support the respiratory system. In vitro research of these constituents show partial inhibitory effects on the biosynthesis of arachidonic acid and leukotrienes.

Trimethylglycine (TMG): Trimethylglycine (TMG)(betaine HCl), may promote healthy homocysteine levels and improve liver function. Additionally, it often alleviates the symptoms of heartburn, and supports digestion in people with hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid).
